MyGCSEMaths Safeguarding Statement
At MyGCSEMaths (“we”, “us”, “our”), the safety and wellbeing of children and young people is extremely important to us. We are committed to creating a safe and supportive online environment for all learners who engage with our content and services.
This safeguarding statement applies to the MyGCSEMaths marketing website and our general educational activities. Live teaching, community features, and account-based learning are delivered via our learning platform, which operates under its own safeguarding policies and procedures.
Commitment to Safeguarding
We aim to ensure that all content is appropriate, respectful, and focused on education. We do not knowingly publish content that is harmful, inappropriate, or exploitative, and we take reasonable steps to protect children and young people who interact with our services.
We recognise that safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility and take concerns seriously. Any safeguarding concerns brought to our attention will be reviewed promptly and handled appropriately.
Online Safety
MyGCSEMaths does not provide private one-to-one messaging between students and tutors on the marketing website. Communication with users is limited to general enquiries and educational information.
We encourage parents and carers to be involved in their child’s learning and to supervise internet use where appropriate.
